I've been going to Crystal Lake Dental for several years. Every time I
go the reception is the same, warm and friendly, the staff make it happen.
The beauty of the office really helps disarms and comforts you if you have intrepidness of Dentist. Dr Neal has the cutting edge techniques in dentistry and he attends conventions every year along with his staff.
Dr. Neal is very professional, articulate, accurate and a strategist.
When I first came to Dr Neal needed major help (as the younger people would put it, “my mouth was jacked!”) and he figured out a plan of action. What I like most about Crystal Lake Dental is Dr. Neal has his wife working by his side, and the office is reflection of their character.

I would like to comment on my visits to see Dr. Neal. I have been to several dentists in my lifetime and have truly never met a man so enthused about his work. He is the most precise Dentist I have ever encountered. His work is meticulous, his manner very caring, and believe me, I will tell anyone who will bend an ear "go see Dr. Neal if you are looking for a GREAT dentist.
I am so thrilled to open my mouth, and show my "pearly white teeth".
I also want to comment on the people who work for you, everyone is a delight, I loved talking to Pam, Joan, Chris, & Anna etc. You’re to be congratulated on hiring the cream of the crop.

I had lost my tooth in a car accident. I had a flipper that worked for a while. Then my other front tooth started to turn black and there were two other teeth that had looked bad. My bone was too high to put a pin in so I decided to go with a bridge.
It looks great! I use to have a gap, now it looks like a perfect set of teeth. I am not afraid to smile when I am up close to people or even let them look at my teeth. I am very proud of Dr. Neal and his staff for all the help they have given me and making sure that all was very well before he signed off on the procedure.

My husband is afraid of the dentist! After his recent trip to Dr. N, he is less afraid and more willing to return. Dr. N was wonderful! I actually woke him up at 3:30 in the morning when I called his office. I thought that I would get an answering machine. Instead, I got Dr. N who was more then helpful in giving some advice on how to control my husband’s dental pain until we could get into the office the next morning. I have been telling everyone how great this service is. I tell them it just like the TV commercials, only better!
